{"id":749,"date":"2020-10-28T16:22:07","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T16:22:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ever-journey.com\/?post_type=faq&#038;p=749"},"modified":"2020-11-11T12:49:22","modified_gmt":"2020-11-11T12:49:22","slug":"what-do-i-need-for-the-session","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/www.ever-journey.com\/stage\/faq\/what-do-i-need-for-the-session\/","title":{"rendered":"What do I need for the session?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the online one-on-one coaching meeting please ensure the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.\u00a0\u00a0 That you have a stable & reliable internet connection during the duration of the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 That Microsoft teams is downloaded & operational on your Mac\/PC or phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You can join via web browser or download the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-za\/microsoft-365\/microsoft-teams\/download-app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">application here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Please test your audio and video before the session \u2013 to ensure your audio & video is clear.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Please ensure that your face is visible during the entire duration of the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.\u00a0\u00a0 Have a comfortable and quiet space with no interruptions for the entire duration of the session<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.\u00a0\u00a0 Please put your cell phone on silent for the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.\u00a0\u00a0 Have some A4 paper, sticky notes, pens and a journal handy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.\u00a0\u00a0 A desk, where your PC can rest on comfortably, some additional chairs ( if required) and a space to move around \u2013 for the NLP techniques and methods, you may be asked to move around the room for guided visualizations techniques etc..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.\u00a0\u00a0 For personal life coaching: the Completed EverJOURNEY questionnaire must be completed & emailed to info@ever-journey.com 48 hours before the session.
