I am a listed Wellness Counsellor ASCHP<\/a><\/strong>, a certified Executive Business Coach<\/strong>, and a Master NLP Practitioner<\/strong>. With over a decade of corporate leadership experience, I understand the delicate balance of managing high-level professional demands while maintaining personal well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the co-founder of EQ Consulting & Coaching<\/a><\/strong>, I specialise in workforce development solutions, leadership coaching, and team facilitation. My educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Management Studies with Systems Practice, which allows me to view human behaviour and corporate performance through a unique, systematic lens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A passion for both professional and personal development has always driven my path. However, in 2019, my own journey of discovery into radical change, wellness, and personal development began. I have since heavily invested in continuous learning and self-exploration, fostering a transformation that evolves as I grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
