What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness coaching is when a supportive & qualified wellness coach helps guide an individual in setting and achieving holistic health & wellness goals – within several dimensions.

To confirm wellness incorporates a few aspects of personal health including physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual wellness.

A 30 min intro session is offered to understand the client’s requirements and where exactly they would like to improve in their wellness; we then agree on the outcomes and work together in ensuring these outcomes and goals are achieved.

Personalised one-on-one-NLP based Wellness Coaching

Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to aid you to transform your relationship with your body, your mind & your emotions.

NLP has been used effectively to aid individuals to meet and continually keep to their wellness goals. NLP will enable you to change your whole way of thinking, behaving and your self-image.

Using NLP we can reprogramme & reframe your perception and your relationship with your thoughts, your emotions, your body and ultimately your overall health wellness.

Mind Analyse the mental mind-chatter. Take control of your mind using NLP techniques to ease stress and nervousness.

Body Improve your health and your relationship with your physical body -working towards a more active and healthier lifestyle, working with you to define and meet your physical wellness goals using both NLP-based goal setting & NLP frameworks.

Yoga Classes

Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian Philosophy.

The fundamental purpose of yoga is to foster harmony in the body, mind, and environment. Yoga combines specific bodily postures, controlled breath, and simple meditation to facilitate improved health and relaxation.

The term “yoga” comes from a Sanskrit word meaning “union.” Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress.

Group sessions, corporate yoga or one-on-one classes are offered.

Mindfulness – Mindfulness is being aware of the present moment. It speaks to noticing and paying attention to your mind’s thoughts, feelings, behaviour, and everything else. Mindfulness can be practised at any time, wherever we are, whoever we are with, and whatever we are doing, by showing up, and being fully engaged in the here and now.

Meditation is known as the practice of relaxing and concentrating on one’s mind. There are several types of meditation. Meditation preferably is practised with intention (with eyes closed) for a certain amount of time.

Connecting through meditation& mindfulness aids in calming the mind and connecting with the self.

Meditation has been indicated to have many benefits such as:
