Wellness Counselling (ASCHP)

Make Sense of Your Inner World. I provide a safe, professional, and confidential space to unpack the mental and emotional weight of professional and personal life. Working within a Systems Approach, I assist you in navigating your environment by identifying stress triggers and implementing practical coping mechanisms to regain stability and focus.

Scope of Practice: As a registered Wellness Counsellor with the ASCHP, I operate within a defined professional framework focused on holistic well-being:

  • Holistic Support: I provide guidance and coping tools for non-clinical challenges such as stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, and relationship struggles.
  • Preventative Focus: My role is to enhance your psychological life skills and resilience to prevent the onset of more severe mental health issues.
  • Professional Boundaries: In accordance with ASCHP standards, I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.
  • Ethical Referral: I am committed to your safety; should your needs fall outside my non-clinical scope, I will advise you to seek the appropriate medical or psychological support.

Mindset Strategy (NLP-Based Wellness)

Reframe your relationship with your mind, body, and emotions. I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help you understand and change thinking patterns that keep you on autopilot.

  • Mind: Reframe mental chatter to ease stress and nervousness.
  • Body: Improve your relationship with your physical health and define achievable wellness goals.
  • Emotions: Learn to regulate your emotional state and overcome distress through positive reframing.

Regulation Tools: Mindfulness, Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Strategic tools for self-regulation. I offer these practices to help you improve your overall well-being and build resilience against external pressure.

  • Mindfulness: The skill of “present-moment awareness” to help you pause and choose a strategic response to stress.
  • Yoga: A mind and body practice designed to foster harmony, relieve physical tension, and improve relaxation.
  • Yoga Nidra: A state of deep, conscious relaxation that allows for profound healing and nervous system recovery.

Wellness Workshops & Talks

Building “Mental Muscle.” I facilitate interactive workshops—online or face-to-face—designed to aid participants in defining and reaching their wellness goals. Topics can be tailored to your requirements and include:
