Payments & Cancellation policy:

All payments are required upfront, the full balance of payment is payable 7 days before the first coaching sessions.
Cancellation policy:
- All payments are in advance. The balance is payable 7 days before a coaching/counselling session.
- Should you cancel within 48 hours before a session the full fee is still payable.
By accepting a coaching session or package you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in the coaching agreement.
The coach reserves the right to change the terms and conditions with or without prior notice to the coachee.
