The wellness journey encompasses the physical body, the mind, and the ‘connection’ between mind & body. 

Nurturing ourselves & being aware of the mind-body connection has been proven to improve one’s state of mind; ease stress and tension, encourage and aid in relaxation, increase happiness, deepen relationships with others, and improve life quality; overall resulting in one living a balanced and meaningful life.

This Program Course consists of 3 modules, where one will embark on a journey to discover the Mind, the Body, and the Connection (to oneself & others).

Breakdown of the Course program:

Mind 

Analyse the mind – its definition and our mind chatter. Take control of your mind and learn techniques and ways to ease stress, anxiety and nervousness, as you inspect your internal thoughts, emotions, self-talk patterns and self-imitating behaviour. As well as, the science of the mind, neuroscience and neuroplasticity. 

Body

Focus and assess the physical & emotional body, and inspect and learn ways of improving the body’s physical & emotional health to help you reach a better level of physical & emotional health and well-being.

Connection

Inquire inwards (connection to self), develop a deep understanding of who you are, and learn how to deepen your connection to others. Embark on a journey to find real peace by understanding ourselves better – reach a uniform and balanced state of harmony and true inner happiness with ourselves, others and the world.    

About the course.

All content & training material is based on Tamara’s own research over the past 3 years, on what human beings need to know, and ideally need to practice in order to reach a state of homogenous well-being. All content and research findings are based on the latest scientific findings of integrative health & well-being – it highlights and guides one on what needs to be included in an individual’s holistic personal wellness journey.

Who is this course program for?

Anyone that is feeling unhealthy, stagnant, burnt out, unfit, stressed and just tired in their physical, emotional and spiritual self and desperately wants a change. A desire to become less stressed, calmer, healthier and happier ( in their mind, body and soul). 

What does the training entail?

  • Mind, Body, Connection Manual training with the below topics included & more:

The Mind: 

The Wellness Wheel, Emotional, Intellectual & Spiritual wellness. Calming the Chaos of the Mind: The science of Mindfulness & Meditation, Mind Wandering, Meditation & Mindfulness, The Different kinds of Meditation, Breath Work, Yoga Nidra & The Koshas. Self-Talk Cycle, Affirmations, Mindfulness and Neuroplasticity. Motivation, Willpower, Goal setting, Fear, The mind-body connection of trauma, Neuroscience & the power of the mind.

The Body 

Physical Body, Emotional Body, Gut-Brain Connection, Exercise, Healthy Eating, Emotions & Food, Inflammation, Thirst & hydration, Fasting, Stress, Self-Care, Aromatherapy, Touch, Sleep & Rest.

Connection

The Self, Self-Awareness & Reflection, Happiness, Kindness, Self-Compassion, Gratefulness & Savouring, Creativity, Strengths, Values, and Social Connection.

Course Content includes:

  • This coaching program is a unique, well-researched wellness coaching program.
  • The coaching program entails 8 x 90 min interactive wellness coaching training sessions conducted live and online with Tamara @EverJourney as your guide.
  • 12 hours of wellness coaching topics.
  • All training is conducted online & live with Tamara as your guide.
  • Certificate of wellness coaching program completed. 
  • Countless activities, research, guidelines, tips and frameworks,  to aid you in your journey of wellness. 
  • A 160 + page manual for you to keep and use in your personal wellness journey.

How is the training conducted?

There are two options for this wellness training course: 

Option 1: Personal Wellness Coaching ( conducted live online)

Option 2: Corporate wellness Coaching for employees. ( Conducted online or at an agreed-upon venue)

OPTION 1 Personal Wellness Coaching ( conducted live online)

  • Training conducted live & interactive with Tamara on a one-to-one coaching wellness framework covering all topics in the Mind, Body, Connection Course.
  • 8 x 90-minute interactive live training sessions conducted online once a week.

Cost of the wellness coaching program

Online cost: R25,000.00 inclusive of VAT, once-off per person.

What you need to attend the course:

An A4 notebook •  Your fav colourful pen/s • a journal/notebook to make your notes and complete assessments in • A committed and willing mindset and a desire to make a change in your life for the better. • Stable internet connection to log in to the live sessions.

  • Once payment is received & this form is completed, a timeslot to start this program will be arranged with you. 
  • Sessions will be arranged once a week during or after hours for 90 minutes each (12 hours of coaching training in total)

OPTION 2: Corporate wellness coaching training for employees.

Training Workshop for Corporates:

  • Face-to-Face or online Employee Wellness Coaching Workshop for businesses & corporate organisations. 
  • Training can be conducted as part of a group online or onsite at a location organised by a company.
  • Bookings in advance are essential.  
  • Cost is dependent on the number of participants in the group.
  • Travel costs will be charged.
  • Client to arrange the venue as well as the boardroom facilities.
